Product files and facts

Your imported files and editing workspace are processed in your browser. The free browser export is created there. Browser drafts may be saved for checkout recovery; you can clear them using Clear workspace. Project downloads stay on your device.

For a paid batch export, the selected product facts, reference IDs and columns are sent to this app’s server to validate and format the download. The application does not intentionally store those fields or send them to an AI service. Hosting providers may process normal request metadata. Keep confidential or personal information out of product facts.

Remote MCP tools and AI clients

If you use the remote MCP connection, your AI client sends the product facts, reference IDs and selected columns included in the tool request to this app’s hosted service. The service processes them to return validation findings or a TSV response. The application does not intentionally persist catalog facts, fetch linked PDFs or submit data to Google. Remote tool processing is separate from browser-local editing and free browser export.

Your AI client or a connection gateway may retain your conversation, tool arguments and tool responses according to its own policies and your settings. AIDG does not control those records. Only send product facts you are authorized to process remotely; do not include personal or confidential information or authentication secrets. The public tools do not require an API key or access pass.

For request throttling, the MCP service holds short-lived IP-address and request-count information in runtime memory. Hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs under its own policies. Clearing browser drafts does not delete records held by an AI client, gateway, payment provider or host.

Payments and access

Stripe processes payments and its own payment information under Stripe’s privacy policy. We verify payment status, the product purchased and pass expiry. We store a pass-start timestamp in your Stripe payment-session metadata. A necessary secure cookie holds your signed access pass. Payment and accounting records may be retained by the operator and Stripe as required.

Your downloaded pass is an access credential. Keep it private. We do not store payment-card numbers in this app. No Google account connection is requested.

Hosting

The app runs on Sites infrastructure backed by Cloudflare. Providers may retain technical logs for security and operations according to their policies.

Optional analytics

We use optional Google Analytics to understand visits to fixed public pages. Analytics starts only if you choose Allow analytics and is blocked by Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Google may receive cookie identifiers and technical browser and network information. We send a fixed site title and public page address without query strings or fragments; we do not send form contents, uploaded files, invoice or vendor data, product facts, filenames, or account identifiers. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Use Analytics settings to decline or withdraw permission. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy.

We do not claim that providers retain no logs.
