Support and refunds

A paid Batch Pass lasts 30 days, is paid once and does not renew automatically. Completed project and feed downloads remain usable after it ends.

If paid access or a supported export fails, contact info@aidiscoverygroup.com with your receipt reference and a description of the issue. We will review the fault for a fix or refund. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Do not include product files, access passes or payment-card details in your first message.

Support covers this app, access and export faults. Google policy decisions, AI visibility, fact writing and account management are outside the product scope.

Need access in another browser? Restore the private pass backup downloaded after payment. Your pass is an access credential, so keep it private.
